Settings for The Human Equine Web site

WINDOWS XP USERS PLEASE NOTE:  Windows has released a Service Pack 2 for Windows XP.  In this upgrade they have added a popup blocker for Internet Explorer.  There are NO automatic POPUP windows on my site, however; I use a small java script for the comments window that opens a comment window.  This is the ONLY pop up type window on my site and this WILL trigger the popup blocker.  The free stats system that is on the front page will also trigger this warning in IE.  There are no hidden scripts or pop ups on my site.  I believe if you don't disable it you will see the same information as the new comments window only in the same window (you'll have to use your back button to go back).

On this web site there are no pop-up ads or settings for cookies (except for the stats info from the server and the two counters listed below which only ask your computer info such as resolution, browser type, etc..).

I don't use many (if any) animation or Flash Graphics and almost no java or scripts.  The only cookies should be from the stats and counters.  Although these are nice to see on occasion, I am already "Flashed out" from the over use on so many sites. For the most part, This web site uses 3 True Type fonts. They are: Tahoma, Verdana and Unique. To be consistent you may want to be sure these are installed on your system.
